The Requisition Close Reason Codes category is used to define all the valid close reason codes used in the system. These codes enable the user to explain the reason for manually closing a requisition. This is required to run remote sourcing transactions.
REQUISITION CLOSE CODE
Required. Enter a requisition close reason code for which you wish to maintain a description. Valid code entries can be found using the F9-Inquiry command key.

REQUISITION CLOSE CODE
Display only. This is the close code entered on the Function Select screen. This code provides a reason for closing a requisition.
CODE DESCRIPTION
Required. This field is used to maintain a description of the Requisition Close Code entered on the previous screen.
