The Requesting Department Codes category contains all the valid Requesting Department Codes in the system. These user defined codes are used on requisitions and purchase order releases to identify the department requesting reference parts (part type 5) and non-stocked parts (part type C). This is a required category.
REQUESTING DEPARTMENT CODE
Required. Used to define the department placing a requisition.
