The Requirements Planning period definition is used to define the report periods for the summary and overview planning action report. The report allows for eight user-defined time buckets.
This category is keyed by plant to allow each plant to set up customized buckets.
PLANT
Required. Positions 1-3. The plant for which reporting buckets will be defined. Must be a valid plant on the Plant/Warehouse Description File (IC170M).

This screen is used to define the Requirements Planning period definitions.
PERIOD ONE DAYS
Required. Must be numeric number of days. The overview planning action report will add this number of days to the last R/P generation run date to determine the date range for period one.
PERIOD TWO DAYS
Required. This is the number of days in period two. The report will add this number of days to the ending date for period one to determine an ending date for period two.
PERIOD THREE DAYS
Required. This is the number of days in period three. the report will add this number of days to the ending date for period two to determine an ending date for period three.
PERIOD FOUR DAYS
Required. This is the number of days in period four. The report will add this number of days to the ending date for period three to determine an ending date for four.
PERIOD FIVE DAYS
Required. This is the number of days in period five. The report will add this number of days to the ending date for period four to determine an ending date for five.
PERIOD SIX DAYS
Required. This is the number of days in period six. The report will add this number of days to the ending date for period five to determine an ending date for period six.
PERIOD SEVEN DAYS
Required. This is the number of days in period seven. The report will add this number of days to the ending date for period six to determine an ending date for seven.
PERIOD EIGHT DAYS
Required. This is the number of days in period eight. The report will add this number of days to the ending date for period seven to determine an ending date for eight.
