The Recap Totals Option category contains the valid codes and code descriptions for the Recap Totals option on the Order Maintenance Options window called from Sales Order or Quote Order Maintenance.
This category has a blank key to allow for only one record. Once set up, this record will be used to provide data to the Sales Order Maintenance Options category (I68). This record can be changed but cannot be deleted.

This screen displays the three option codes that are used that can be entered in the Recap Option field on the Order Maintenance Options window to display either the Order Totals window or Order Summary window from the Recap screen. The option codes are:
T - Order Totals window
S - Order Summary window
N - No window will be displayed
ORDER TOTALS
Required. Used to identify the order totals code entered on the Order Maintenance Options window. The Order Totals window will be displayed if this code if entered. The code 'T' is initially defined in the system but can be changed to a user-defined code.
ORDER SUMMARY
Required. Used to identify the order summary code entered on the Order Maintenance Options window. The Order Summary window will be displayed if this code is entered. The code 'S' is initially defined in the system but can be changed to a user-defined code.
NO WINDOW
Required. Used to identify that there will be no total windows processed automatically from the Recap screen if this code is entered. The code 'N' is initially defined in the system but can be changed to a user-defined code.
