The Order Authorization category defines which operators have authority to change the promised ship date, the price, and the order quantity of a sales order when the order originated as a quote. This category is only applicable when a quote order is converted to a sales order. In that case, the user is authorized to maintain the three fields based on the authorization for that user defined in this category.
USER IDENTIFICATION
Required. The user who is authorized to change the promised ship date, the price, and the order quantity on a sales order converted from a quote. No validation is performed.
