The Quote Acknowledgment Release Code category contains codes indicating when a quote acknowledgment will be released for printing. Each code is stored on a separate record. This category is optional. If no records are created for this category, the Quote Acknowledgment Release Code field cannot be used.
QUOTE RELEASE CODE
Required. Used to define a quote acknowledgment release code to be used in the system. Valid entries are:
H - Hold indefinitely
I - Print immediately
N - Print at the end of the day
