The Quality Control Status Codes category contains all the valid status codes used in the system. The first five status codes are system defined. In addition, two codes may be user defined. If user defined codes are used, the system must be modified to process them. This category is required if Purchasing is installed.
This category has a blank key to allow only one record.

This screen is used to define the default Quality Control status codes.
QUALITY CONTROL STATUS CODES
Required. Used to define the quality control status codes that can be used in the system. Each code is one character. The first five codes (N.W.I.A.C.) are system defined. The remaining codes may be used defined and the system must be modified to process them.
NO CONTROL
Required. Used to define the No Control status decode.
WAITING CONTROL
Required. Used to define the Waiting Control status decode.
CTL-IN-PROCESS
Required. Used to define the Quality Control in Process status decode.
WAITING INVENTORY ADJUST
Required. Used to define the Waiting for Inventory Adjustment status decode.
COMPLETE
Required. Used to define the Complete status decode.
USER DEFINED CODES
Optional. Used to define the user defined status decodes.
