The Pricing Subgroup category defines valid pricing subgroups used in the Expert Configurator module. Subgroups are defined for an existing group and plant (i.e., a subgroup must be defined for each plant separately to be valid for all plants). You can define subgroups for a defined group and maintain the active version of the group. Subgroups allow many parts to share common group rules, but also share subgroup rules with a subset of parts. Subgroup and group rules will be processed when any part defined for the group and subgroup is ordered. Parts are defined for a subgroup in Part Master Maintenance.
PLANT
