The Purchase Order Release Authorization category contains all the authorization records for users. These records define which purchase order hold codes each user is authorized to change. If this category does not exist, all users are authorized to all hold codes. If the category exists but no records are found for a user, the user is authorized to all hold codes. If a record exists for a user, that user is authorized to only the hold code(s) for which a record exists.
USER
Required. Used to define the user being given authorization.
HOLD CODE
Required. Must exist on the Purchase Order Hold Codes record (category 479).
