This screen allows you to maintain information for two system-defined and three user-defined physical inventory ticket types.
TICKET TYPES
This field indicates the code used for each ticket type. The first two codes are system-defined; you may define three additional codes. Below is a brief explanation of each:
1 - Regular. This ticket type is used for physical inventory tickets with complete part/location information. This kind of ticket is ready for physical inventory processing.
2 - Blank. This ticket type is used for physical inventory tickets that do not have complete part/location information. This ticket type is used for all tickets entered through the online Physical Inventory Ticket Maintenance conversation. Before the ticket can be used for conducting a physical inventory, specific inventory information must be entered.
REGULAR DECODE
This field indicates the decode used for ticket type '1' (regular).
BLANK DECODE
This field indicates the decode used for ticket type '2' (blank).
USER-DEFINED DECODES
These fields indicate the decodes used for any ticket types that you define.
