This category allows you to maintain physical inventory ticket status codes. Five system-defined codes are provided along with two user-defined codes.
This category has a blank key to allow only one record.

This screen allows you to maintain information for five system-defined and two user-defined physical inventory status codes.
STATUS TYPES
This field indicates the code used for each status. The first five codes are system-defined; you may define two additional codes. Below is a brief explanation of each:
U - Uncounted. This status code indicates that a physical count has not been entered for the ticket.
C - Counted. This status code indicates that a physical count has been taken but any resulting inventory adjustments have not been posted.
V - Canceled. This status code indicates that the physical inventory ticket has been canceled.
P - Posted. This status code indicates that a physical inventory has been taken and any resulting inventory adjustments have been posted.
B - Blank. This status indicates that a blank physical inventory ticket has been created. Specific ticket information has not been entered and no processing has occurred.
UNCOUNTED DECODE
This field indicates the decode used for the status 'U' (uncounted). The value entered in this field will be displayed on screens in the Physical Inventory Ticket Maintenance conversation.
COUNTED DECODE
This field indicates the decode used for the status 'C' (counted). The value entered in this field will be displayed on screens in the Physical Inventory Ticket Maintenance conversation.
CANCELLED DECODE
This field indicates the decode used for the status 'V' (canceled). The value entered in this field will be displayed on screens in the Physical Inventory Ticket Maintenance conversation.
POSTED DECODE
This field indicates the decode used for the status 'P' (posted). The value entered in this field will be displayed on screens in the Physical Inventory Ticket Maintenance conversation.
BLANK DECODE
This field indicates the decode used for the status 'B' (blank). The value entered in this field will be displayed on screens in the Physical Inventory Ticket Maintenance conversation.
USER-DEFINED DECODES
These fields indicate the decodes used for any status codes that you define. The values entered in these fields will be displayed on screens in the Physical Inventory Ticket Maintenance conversation.
