The Performance Weight category lets you assign percentage values showing relative importance for the performance indicators within a purchasing group. When all four indicators are weighted equally, they are assigned values of 25 (25 x 4 = 100 percent of the performance weight). Overall performance is calculate by multiplying each performance indicator by its performance weight and summing the totals. A performance weight is specified for a purchasing group (category 482).
