The Order Shipment Status Code category contains all the valid order shipment status codes in the system.
There are six system-defined shipment status codes. In addition, four shipment status codes may be defined by the user. The status codes must be unique and the first six codes must be ORCXSK. The system expects these exact codes, so you will receive unpredictable results if order shipment status codes other than these are used. This category is required by the system and has a blank key to allow only one record.

This screen is used to determine the status of an order shipment.
SHIPMENT STATUS CODES
Required. This field is used to define the seven shipment status codes used by the system. The codes must be:
O = Open
R = Ready For Release
C = Confirmed
X = Partially Shipped
S = Shipped
K = Canceled
X = User Defined Order Status Codes
OPEN
Required. This field indicates that the order shipment status is open.
READY FOR RELEASE
Required. This field indicates that the order shipment status is ready to be released.
CONFIRMED
Required. This field indicates that the order shipment status is confirmed.
PARTIALLY SHIPPED
Required. This field indicates that the order shipment status is partially shipped.
SHIPPED
Required. This field indicates that the order shipment has been shipped.
CANCELLED
Required. This field indicates that the order shipment has been canceled.
USER DEFINED ORDER STATUS CODES
Required. This field is user-defined. You can use this field to define unique order shipment status codes.
