The Order In Use Codes category contains the order in use codes in the system. The order in use codes are used in the Order Processing, Job Control, and Expert Configurator modules to limit access to an order while another user is maintaining it.
This category has a blank key to allow only one record. It is a required category.

ORDER IN USE CODES
Required. Used to define the 12 order in use codes used in the system. The codes must be:
1 = Sales Order Maintenance Lock
2 = Control Total Lock
3 = Ship On-line Lock
4 = Immediate Picker Print Update Lock
5 = Ship Async Lock
6 = Shipping Documents Lock
7 = Automatic Order Release Lock
8 = Stock Location Reservation Lock
9 = Load Consolidation Lock
P = Parent Lock
E = Manufacturing Configuration Lock
J = Job Maintenance Lock
SALES ORDER MAINTENANCE LOCK DECODE
Required. Used to define the 6-position decode of a Sales Order Maintenance lock.
CONTROL TOTAL LOCK DECODE
Required. Used to define the 6-position decode of a Control Total lock.
SHIP ON-LINE LOCK DECODE
Required. Used to define the 10-position decode of a Ship On-line lock.
IMMEDIATE PICKER PRINT UPDATE LOCK DECODE
Required. Used to define the 6-position decode of an Immediate Picker Print lock.
SHIP ASYNC LOCK DECODE
Required. Used to define the 6-position decode of a Ship Async lock.
SHIPPING DOCUMENTS LOCK DECODE
Required. Used to define the 6-position decode of a Shipping Documents lock.
AUTOMATIC ORDER RELEASE LOCK DECODE
Required. Used to define the 6-position decode of an Automatic Order Release lock.
STOCK LOCATION RESERVATION LOCK DECODE
Required. Used to define the 6-position decode of a Stock Location Reservation lock.
LOAD CONSOLIDATION LOCK CODE
Required. Used to define the 6-position decode of a Load Consolidation lock.
PARENT LOCK DECODE
Required. Used to define the 6-position decode of a Parent lock.
