The Next Available Requisition Number category contains the next number that will be used when the system assigns a transfer requisition number. It is used only if the Assign Req No code on Reference File category D05 is set to A (automatic number assignment) or B (both manual and automatic number assignment). You may only inquire into this category. Changes and deletions are not permitted.
This category has a blank key to allow only one record.

NEXT AVAILABLE T.O. REQUISITION NUMBER
Display only. The next number that will be used when the system assigns a transfer requisition number. This record is locked and the next available number is updated by one each time a requisition number is assigned by the system. This prevents duplication of requisition numbers.
