PRINT OPTION
Required. Must be either Y (yes) or N (no). If Y, the entire Transaction Register is printed. If N, only transactions in error are printed.
DAILY DEMAND FENCE
Required. Must be numeric. This field is used for all parts that are consumed except for standard MS parts. It is used to determine the number of demand fence periods to be considered when analyzing forecasts.
DAILY FENCE PERIOD
Required. Must be either D (Day), M (Month), W (Week), or P (Period). The demand fence is a system-wide parameter used in combination with the daily demand fence as a horizon inside which forecasts for daily master scheduled parts are never considered (i.e., demand = actual orders only.).
STANDARD DEMAND FENCE
Required. Must be numeric. This field is used by standard master scheduled parts. It is used to determine the number of demand fence periods to be considered when creating the Master Schedule.
STANDARD FENCE PERIOD
Required. Must be either M (Month), W (Week), or P (Period). The demand fence is a system-wide parameter used in combination with the standard demand fence as a horizon inside which forecasts for standard master scheduled parts are never considered (i.e., demand = actual orders only).
SCHEDULE OPTION
Required. This is the default schedule option for the Key Facility programs. Whatever value is in this field will default to the field in the Key Facility Request and Inquiry Programs for the reports. Valid values are:
C - Current schedule
S - Simulated schedule
T - Tentative master schedule
PLANNING METHOD
Required. This field is used as a default in programs that process both daily master scheduled and standard master scheduled parts. Valid values are:
D - Daily master scheduling
M - Master scheduling
START DATE OFFSET
Required. Used to compute the default starting date for the screens throughout Master Scheduling. For example, a 1 in this field indicates you want 1 day from the system date to default in the start date. This is computed in business days.
ENDING DATE OFFSET
Required. Must be numeric. Used to compute the default end date similar to the start date offset.
PLANNING PERIOD DEFAULT
Required. The value entered here will default the planning period option through Master Scheduling.
