The Mailbox ID Assignment Reference File category allows you to associate a specific user ID or user ID/workstation combination with a Business Process Manager (BPM) mailbox ID. The BPM mailbox ID is used to route information about the occurrence of a BPM event to a specific person or group of people.
USER ID
Required. The user profile/signon of the user whose BPM mailbox ID is being defined.
WORKSTATION
Optional. The workstation ID of the user whose BPM mailbox ID is being defined.

This Mailbox ID Assignment Detail screen allows you to assign a Business Process Manager (BPM) mailbox ID to a user ID or user ID/workstation combination.
MAILBOX ID
Required. Enter the BPM mailbox ID associated with the specified signon user ID or user ID/workstation combination.
The BPM mailbox ID can be entered on the Event Maintenance Dispatch screen to route information about the occurrence of a specific type of event to a particular person or group of people.
