The Mailbox ID Reference File category allows you to specify the description for a specific Business Process Manager (BPM) mailbox ID.
MAILBOX ID
Required. Enter the BPM mailbox ID you wish to maintain. Mailbox IDs are associated with a specific user profile or signon ID, or with a user profile/signon and workstation ID combination in Reference File category N03.

This Mailbox ID Detail screen allows you to specify a description for a specific user-defined Business Process Manager (BPM) mailbox ID. The mailbox ID description appears on the New Events Recap and Detail screens for the associated BPM mailbox ID.
BPM mailbox ID codes are defined in Reference File category N03, where they are associated with a specific user ID or user profile and a workstation ID.
DESCRIPTION
Required. Enter the description of the BPM mailbox ID associated with the code specified in the Mailbox ID field. The description can be up to 30 characters long.
