The Last Year Sales Period Calendar category contains the sales calendar used in the previous year. As in the Current Sales Period Calendar validation, twelve or thirteen period end dates are defined. Each date must be a valid date and must be greater than the preceding period end date.
This category should be maintained only once a year, when rolling the Current Sales Period Calendar (category 407) to the Last Year Sales Period Record calendar.
This category has a blank key to allow only one record.

PERIOD 2 END DATE
Required. Used to define the end date for the previous year's period 2.

Required. Used to define the end date for the previous year's period 4.
PERIOD 5 END DATE
Required. Used to define the end date for the previous year's period 5.
PERIOD 6 END DATE
Required. Used to define the end date for the previous year's period 6.
PERIOD 7 END DATE
Required. Used to define the end date for the previous year's period 7.
PERIOD 8 END DATE

Required. Used to define the end date for the previous year's period 13. This field must be entered if the Year/Period flag is P.
YEAR/PERIOD FLAG
Required. Used to define how the calendar is set up. Valid entries are:
Y - Year. 12 periods are used.
P - Period. 13 periods are used.
LAST PERIOD POSTED
Required. Used to define the last period posted in the previous year. Valid entries are 1 through 12 if the Year/Period flag is Y or 1 through 13 if the Year/Period flag is P.
