Use the Location Geocode category to enter valid companies and location combinations that will generate a location geocode. The Location Geocode is used to format the ship-from Geocode and the order acceptance geocode.
This Reference File category is only used with the Vertex tax calculation package.
COMPANY CODE
Required. Enter the three character abbreviation for the company code that you want to maintain.
WAREHOUSE CODE
Required. Enter the three character abbreviation for the warehouse code that you want to maintain.

This screen is used to create a relationship between a company/location and a location geocode. In addition, it’s used to determine whether the location geocode will be within the city limits.
LOCATION GEOCODE
Required. Enter the nine character abbreviation for the Location Geocode that you want to maintain.
LOCATION IN-OUT CITY INDICATOR
Required. This field indicates whether or not the jurisdiction is inside the city limits.
0 - No, the location Geocode is not within the city limits.
1 - Yes, the location Geocode is within the city limits.
