The Last Year Purchasing Period Calendar category contains the purchasing calendar used in the previous year. As in the Purchasing Period Calendar validation, twelve or thirteen Period End Dates are defined. Each date must be greater than the Period End Date before it. This category should be maintained only once a year when rolling the Purchasing Period Calendar (category 490) to the Last Year Purchasing Period Record calendar. This is a required category.
This category has a blank key to allow only one record.

This screen is used to define the last years purchasing calendar.
END PERIOD 1
Required. Used to define the end date for the previous year's period 1.
END PERIOD 2
Required. Used to define the end date for the previous year's period 2.
END PERIOD 3
Required. Used to define the end date for the previous year's period 3.
END PERIOD 4
Required. Used to define the end date for the previous year's period 4.
END PERIOD 5
Required. Used to define the end date for the previous year's period 5.
END PERIOD 6
Required. Used to define the end date for the previous year's period 6.
END PERIOD 7
Required. Used to define the end date for the previous year's period 7.
