The Job Status Codes category contains valid job status codes used by the system. Functions available to be performed for a job vary depending on the job status. Refer to the appropriate user manual for specific information on how job status affects conversation processing.

JOB STATUS CODE

Required. The code used to indicate a specific job status. The following codes are predefined in the software:

O - Open

C - Closed

Z - Costing Closed

You may also define additional status codes. However, programs would need to be modified to process these custom-defined status codes.
