The Inventory Cost Analysis Period End Select screen allows you to specify a company/warehouse for which you wish to set-up the last period/year that was posted for inventory cost analysis. Once this category is set-up for a company/warehouse, it cannot be changed. The period and/or year are updated by the Inventory Cost Analysis Report Program (IC280E) when the company/warehouse is posted.

COMPANY/WAREHOUSE

Required. Enter the company/warehouse for which you wish to maintain the last period/year that was posted for inventory cost analysis. Once a record is added for a company/warehouse, it cannot be changed.

The Inventory Cost Analysis Period End Detail screen allows you to initially define the last period/year posted for inventory cost analysis for the company/warehouse entered on the select screen. Once this record is added, it cannot be changed.

You should enter the period and year that immediately precede the first period and year that you wish to begin posting. In addition, you must define a period calendar for inventory cost analysis on Reference File category C24. The first period you wish to post for the company/warehouse should be a valid period on the calendar defined for the company and year on category C24.

When the Inventory Cost Analysis Report Program (IC280E) posts the inventory cost analysis data for a period, it updates this category with the last period/year posted.

Required (add). Display only (inquire, delete). Enter the last period that was inventory cost analysis posted.

LAST YEAR INVENTORY COST ANALYSIS
