The Inventory Accounting Period End Information category is used by Inventory Accounting to define a period end processing request. The record can be added (once at system startup) or inquired into, but not changed or deleted.
This category has a blank key to allow only one record.

This screen is used to define a period end processing request for Inventory Accounting.
POST RUN REQUESTED
Display only. Used to indicate that a period end post run has been requested.
TRIAL RUN REQUESTED
Display only. Used to indicate that a period end trial run has been requested.
LIFO REQUESTED
Display only. Used to indicate that a LIFO report has been requested.
PREV RUN REQUESTED
Display only. Used to indicate what the last run was.
REQUESTOR
Display only. The requestor of the period end processing run. This field will be blank if no requests are pending.
EXCLUSIVE LOCK ON TRIAL
Display only. Used to indicate whether the files will be exclusively allocated during a trial run.
DATA AUDIT
Display only. Used to indicate whether the data audit will be run before the IA period end processing. If set to 'Y', then the IA period end processing will call the data audit program.
CUTOFF DATE
Display only. Used to indicate the date used in determining transaction to be processed during the IA period end run.
PREVIOUS CUTOFF
Display only. Used to indicate the cutoff date used by the last period end run.
LAST PROGRAM RUNNING
Display only. If the IA period end processing ended abnormally, this field will contain the name of the program number that aborted during period end processing.
RECOVERY REQUESTED
Display only. Indicates whether a recovery run has been requested.
