The Extraction Frequency Reference File category allows you to specify the description for an extraction frequency code. The extraction frequency description appears on the Event Maintenance Detail screen.
FREQUENCY CODE
Required. Enter the code of the extraction frequency description to be maintained. After being defined here, frequency codes are setup in Reference File category N05.

The Extraction Frequency Detail screen allows you to define the description associated with each of the extraction frequency codes.
There are four possible extraction frequencies: monthly, weekly, daily, and multiple times per day. The extraction frequency code is associated with a specific frequency in Reference File category N05. The description specified on this screen will appear on the Event Maintenance Detail screen.
DESCRIPTION
Required. Enter the description of the extraction frequency code.
