The Exception Dates category allows you to define exception dates for a specific calendar. Exception dates are the days that your receiving department is unable to receive goods.
This is an optional category.
CALENDAR CODE
Required. This is the calendar code for which you define exception dates. The calendar code must exist on Reference File category C13, Calendar Codes.
DATE
Required. This is the exception date. It should be in valid date format: MMDDYY.

This category does not contain any detail data. The only data stored on records within this category is the exception date, which was entered on the Function Select screen.
o If you chose the Add option on the Function Select screen, press Enter to create the record; press F3 or F10 to exit without creating the record. Creating the record for this exception date means that your receiving department will not receive goods on that day.
o If you chose the Delete option on the Function Select screen, press Enter to delete the record; press F3 or F10 to exit without deleting the record. Deleting the record for an exception date means that your receiving department will receive goods on that day.
o If you chose the Change or Inquire options on the Function Select screen, you cannot change the record. Press Enter, F3, or F10 to exit.
