The Dunning Messages category defines the dunning messages printed on statements for customers with past due balances. Nine levels of dunning messages can be defined. At each level, three lines of text can be printed. This is not a required category. If no records are created for this category, dunning messages will not be printed.
DUNNING NOTICE LEVEL
Required. The dunning notice level must be 1 through 9.
DUNNING NOTICE SEQUENCE
Required. Used to identify on which of the three allowable lines of text within this dunning notice level the associated text will be printed. The sequence number must be 1 through 3.
LANGUAGE CODE
Optional. You may specify a language code to be used as an additional key to the level of dunning messages.

DUNNING MESSAGE TEXT
Optional. Contains text for one line of a dunning message at the specified dunning level. This line will be printed in order based upon its sequence number.
