The Dunning Level category provides information on customer for use in generating dunning letters. This information includes the dunning fee (if any), the charge interest rate, and the days to limit payment.
DUNNING CLASS
Required. Enter a valid dunning class from category 351.
DUNNING LEVEL
Required. Enter a valid numeric 1 through 9 to indicate the level of dunning the customer has reached.
REQUEST CODE
Required. Enter the function you wish to perform on the dunning level.

DUNNING FEE
Required. Enter a fee (if any) to be assessed upon dunning. Value must be greater than or equal to zero. If the value is zero, this field will not be displayed on the dunning letter.
CHARGE INTEREST RATE
Required. Enter the interest rate to be assessed against any open item balances. Charges are calculated by currency. This field is only accessed if the following set of circumstances are true:
1 - The Extended Dunning Environment field on category 336 is set to 3 - Generate both Dunning Letters and Customer Statements.
2 - The Generate Finance Charge for Open Item field on category 336 is set to No (N).
The value of this field must be greater than or equal to zero. If this field is zero it will not be displayed on the dunning letter.
LIMIT DAYS
Required. Enter the number of days to add to any dunning date to arrive at the dunning due date. For example, if the dunning for a customer was performed on January 1 and the Limit Days is 10, the due date for all open items on the Dunning Letter will be January 11.
