The Dunning Class category provides information on customers for use in the various dunning reports. This information includes the minimum period length before dunning can occur, the grace period if any before dunning, and the maximum dunning level the customer can reach.
DUNNING CLASS
Required. Enter any code, not longer than two digits, to describe the dunning class. Either numeric or alphanumeric characters may be used.
REQUEST CODE
Required. Enter the function you wish to perform on the dunning class.

MINIMUM PERIOD
Required. Enter the minimum number of days before the customer can be dunned again. Value must be greater than or equal to zero.
GRACE PERIOD
Required. Enter the number of days (if any) that the customer is allowed before being dunned. Value must be greater than or equal to zero.
MAXIMUM DUNNING LEVEL
Required. Enter the maximum dunning level the customer can reach. Possible values are 1 through 9.
