This category allows you to specify which Reference File categories use zero decimal precision rather than the standard two-decimal precision for currency amounts. If a record exists on this category for a currency code, all amounts in that currency are rounded to the nearest whole unit throughout the software. If a record does not exist for a currency code, amounts in that currency are rounded to the nearest hundredth. In a single currency environment, entering a currency code of ZZZ will cause all amounts to be rounded to the nearest whole unit.

CURRENCY CODE

Required. Amounts in this currency will be rounded to the nearest integer (zero decimal precision). The currency code must exist on the Currency Master File.

o If you chose the Add option on the select screen, press Enter to create the record; press F3 or F10 to exit without creating the record. Creating the record for this currency code means that amounts in that currency will be rounded to zero decimal places.

o If you chose the Delete option on the select screen, press Enter to delete the record; press F3 or F10 to exit without deleting the record. Deleting the record for a currency code means that amounts in that currency will be rounded to two decimal places.

o If you chose the Change or Inquire option on the select screen, you cannot change the record. Press Enter, F3, or F10 to exit.
