This Reference File category controls the literals that are displayed on the key fields of the Comment screen (CF190S01).

COMMENT CODE

Required. This field determines the entity for which keys will be displayed on the Comment screen. You must enter a value in the Comment Type field in Reference File category 027 before you may enter a value in this field.

KEY DESCRIPTIONS (1-4)

Optional. These are the literals that are displayed corresponding to the key fields specified. Valid values are 1-4. The value is specified in the Number of Keys field on Comment Types Detail screen (Reference File category 027). You may not enter more key descriptions than the number of keys specified.

VALID VALUES (1-4)

Optional. Specify the valid values program if you want to be able to prompt the key fields of the Comment screen (CF190S01).
