The Company/Location Translation Table category allows the user to translate a legal entity code from an external subsystem to the legal entity used in MAC-PAC (company/location). The primary purpose of this category is to allow the user to send data from an external subsystem to the General Ledger module more easily, by defining a framework to translate the legal entity. Reference File category 126 allows for the translation of an external account number.
This is an optional category.
EXTERNAL LEGAL ENTITY
Required. Defines the external legal entity to be translated. No validation is performed.
