The Closed Item Purge Date category identifies the date by which an open item must have been cleared for it to be purged. This category can contain only one record. This is not a required category. If this record is not created, the closed item purge date must be entered on the Data Base Processing Report Selection Screen when the Data Base Purge is selected.
This category has a blank key to allow only one record.
