The Automatic Job Number Assignment category contains a flag that indicates whether new jobs will be automatically numbered by the system or manually numbered by the user. Jobs are created through the Job Master Maintenance conversation in the Job Control module.
This category has a blank key to allow only one record.

Y - The system will automatically assign new job numbers
N - Job numbers will be user defined
