This category is only used in a VAT environment when ESL/SSD management is used.
This category is a required category in the context described above. This category contains authorized fiscal regime codes and decodes. A fiscal regime specifies the taxable mode of the goods. Fiscal regimes are listed on Intrastat (SSD) reports in some EC countries.
