The Synchro Authorization To Change category allows you to grant, by user, the authority to update customer synchronization data. Synchronization data may have to be manually updated in certain situations. For example, it is possible that after a delivery request has been transmitted, the customer suddenly modifies the original request. These requests correspond to the actualization of the releases declared as 'CONFIRMED' by the customer. Because this procedure is against GALIA standards, the Synchro module does not allow this modification. However, to meet certain companies' need, it is possible for selected users to enter delivery requests that override confirmed releases previously entered. The authorized user profiles must be defined in this category.
USER
Required. The user profile, which will be authorized to modify confirmed releases or synchronization data from the Customer Status Inquiry transaction, is entered in this field.
