AGE FLAG
Required. Used to specify whether items will be classified into age periods. Valid entries are:
Y - Classify open items into age periods.
N - Do not classify open items into age periods.
If items are not classified, all the receivable amounts are totaled in the current field on the Customer Statement. If items are classified, they are assigned to one of six age periods.
DAYS IN PERIOD 1
Required. Used to indicate the number of days past due (normally 30) over which items are assigned to period 2.
DAYS IN PERIOD 2
Required. Used to indicate the number of days past due (normally 60) over which items are assigned to period three.
DAYS IN PERIOD 3
Required. Used to indicate the number of days past due (normally 90) over which items are assigned to period four.
DAYS TO FUTURE
Required. Used to indicate the number of days after the aging date (normally 30) when items are considered to be future.
OVERDUE PERIOD
Required. Used to indicate the first age period to be considered overdue. Valid entries are:
1 - Future (All items are overdue).
2 - Current (All items in periods one to four and current items are overdue).
3 - Age period 1 (All items in periods one to four are overdue).
4 - Age period 2 (All items in periods two to four are overdue).
5 - Age period 3 (All items in periods three and four are overdue).
6 - Age period 4 (All items in period four are overdue).
7 - No items are overdue.
