The Action Codes Reference File category allows you to associate a three-character code with a specific MAC-PAC conversation. The action codes are used in the Business Process Manager (BPM) Event Maintenance conversation to define the possible actions that may be taken for a specific type of event.

Required. Enter the three-character action code to be defined or maintained.

The Action Code Detail screen is used to assign an action code to a specific MAC-PAC conversation. The action codes are used in the Event Maintenance conversation to define the possible actions that will be available to a user when a certain type of Business Process Manager (BPM) event occurs.
DESCRIPTION
Required. The description of the conversation associated with the code in the Action Code field.
PROGRAM
Required. The MAC-PAC program to be called when the corresponding action code is selected on the New Events Detail screen. This should be the program’s calling CL program.
