Workcenter Reschedule Labor Requirements Flag

Indicates that a change has been made to the workcenter that might affect how labor operations are scheduled.  This flag is maintained by the system.  It is set on automatically when a change is made to such information as hours per day, move time, or queue time for the workcenter.  The Shop Floor Control Batch Reschedule function will reschedule only those labor operations affected by flagged workcenters when it is run in net change mode.
