Vendor Potency

Required for purchase lots only in a potency-controlled environment, and when the part is potency controlled in at least one plant.  (This field is not displayed for manufactured lots.) Must be zero or greater than zero.  This is the potency level of a lot that has been assigned by the vendor.  It defaults to the standard potency.  This field is not processed by the system.
