Tolerance Value

This value can also be used as a check when cycle count adjustments are made.  The value of the adjustment is compared to this value.  If the calculated value is higher than the tolerance value the adjustment will not be allowed.  Tolerance checking can be overridden by using the default cycle count adjustment codes defined when cycle counting is installed.  Tolerance amounts can also be specified through the warehouse description maintenance facility by ABC class and will be used if no value is entered.
