Tolerance Percent

This value can be used as a check when cycle count adjustments are made for a part.  The adjustment quantity is divided by the activity since last count and compared to this value.  If the calculated value is higher than the tolerance percent the adjustment will not be allowed.  Tolerance checking can be overridden by using the default cycle count adjustment codes defined when cycle counting is installed.  Tolerance percentages are also specified through the warehouse description maintenance facility by ABC class and will be used if no value is specified.
