Time Delay

Displayed only in a VAT environment where the Display Time Delay flag on Reference File category 229 (A/P VAT Default) is Yes.

Determines whether VAT for a purchase should be delayed or declared in the current period.  Typically, VAT is delayed for purchases of fixed assets.  Note that this field applies to the entire open item; VAT for all lines will be declared in the same period.  Valid values are:

Y - Yes, delay VAT declaration for this item.

N - No, do not delay declaration.
