Sensitivity Flag/Sensitivity Factor

The sensitivity flag and factor (percentage) work together when generating Labor Requirements in order to tell the system whether an operation will be "batch sensitive" with respect to the time required to run a fractional batch quantity through a batch sensitive operation. 

Truly fixed time operations should have a sensitivity flag of 'N' for no in order to schedule the fixed time with respect to the begin and end times/dates of the labor requirement step.
