Sales Order Release Number

The unique numbers that identify a sales order release.  The first part of the number identifies the sales order.  The last two digits represent the sales order release.  For a regular order, the last two digits are zeros.  For a blanket order or backorder, the last two digits indicate the release.  For each backorder release, the release number is increased by one.
