Restrict to Subsystem

A one-position alphanumeric code used to for security to prevent manual journal entries from being made to General Ledger.  Valid values are: 

Y - Do not allow manual journal entries to account in General Ledger.  Account is only valid in Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable/Inventory Accounting subsystem.

N - No restrictions to account.
