Reserved Quantity

This field is used to define the quantity that will be reserved for a release.  The reserve quantity cannot be negative, and it cannot be greater than the order quantity.  For blanket orders, inventory is reserved automatically unless the customer is on credit hold.  Consequently, this field defaults to the release quantity for blanket orders.  The reserve quantity cannot be entered for a reference part.  It cannot be changed for a lot assignable item.
