Release Status

The status of a delivery request release determines the cycle of the release.  It allows the user to know in which step of the process the release is.  

The release status also defines the status of the purchase order release line being added or maintained.  For an add transaction entered, the status must be O (open).  For a change transaction entered, the status must O (open) or C (closed).  If left blank, the status defaults to O (open).
