Rebate Flag

Indicates whether rebate information is to be entered for a particular product class or part number.  Valid values are Y (yes) and N (no).  When the rebate flag is Y, either a rebate amount or a rebate discount must be entered (you cannot enter both).  The default value for this field is N.  This flag is used for memo purposes only; it is not used elsewhere in the system.
