Print Code
Print Code
The print code is used in a number of MAC-PAC conversations. The following are possible uses and validations for print code:

The code indicating which report, if any, the comment text should be printed on. Must be a valid code on Reference File category 438.

The print code determines on which documents the comment lines will be printed. The value of this field defaults from Reference File category 027. This field is not displayed if no print code is entered on Reference File category 027. Print codes are defined on Reference File category 410.

Used to determine on which documents Sales Order Options will be printed. Valid codes are defined by the user on Reference File category Y33.

Indicates the document for which you want the comment line to be printed (shipping proposal, shipping list). The system checks print code against Reference File category G10.

Identifies the purchasing documents on which the comment will be printed. If entered, must exist on Reference File category 494.
